The access problem
Most businesses run on scattered tools — WhatsApp, spreadsheets, email and the owner's memory. Leads get lost, work gets delayed, and you end up connecting everything yourself.
New inquiries land in five different inboxes.
Data is duplicated and out of sync.
Things fall through the cracks.
Everything has to run through you.
You see the past, not the present.
How MYBB makes AI accessible
You don’t need to know which AI tools to use. We start with a few questions about your business, turn the answers into an initial diagnosis, design the right system for you, and build it around what your business needs most.
Tell us how your business works and where things feel messy.
We identify the main problems, the tools you already use and what to tackle first.

We build, connect and launch the system around your business.
Start with 10 questions
The first step is simple. Answer 10 questions and we build an initial picture: where the business feels messy, which tools are involved and which system is worth building first.
Who we build for
MYBB isn’t for businesses that just want to try AI. We’re the right fit for companies where day-to-day operations are already costing time, money, customers or control.
Fit check
Fit comes down to how the business actually operates day to day.
1The owner is still connecting every department manually.
2Leads, payments or tasks regularly fall between systems.
3The existing CRM doesn’t match how the company actually works.
4Growth is straining day-to-day operations, and control is slipping away.
5There are enough customers, people and moving parts that the operational problem is already expensive.
Common examples include: service businesses, real estate, logistics, financial services and companies replacing outdated CRMs.
One custom system
One business may need a custom CRM and AI agents for customer support. Another may need finance, inventory and operations brought together on one dashboard. One business may need a custom CRM. AI inside the workflow, not next to it
We build custom where it creates an advantage.
We integrate with existing tools where that is right for the business.
The MYBB method

The owner dashboard
Instead of piecing together where the business stands at any given moment, we bring it into one place — urgent tasks, approvals waiting on you and the alerts that actually matter.
What is stuck
See what should be happening and isn’t — in real time.
Who owns the next step
Every issue has a clear owner — a person or a team.
What needs action today

Data and control
You choose what the system can access, who can see it and which actions require your approval.
We connect only what the system actually needs — nothing more.
Each person sees only what’s relevant to their role.

What MYBB creates
The system isn’t the end result. The result is clearer decisions, less manual work and more room to grow.
Before
Updates are scattered across systems, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets.
After
One clear view of leads, tasks, payments, alerts and what needs attention.
Before
Follow-ups, tasks and handoffs depend on memory.
After
Ownership is clear and the next action happens at the right time.
Before
More customers and employees create more operational chaos.
After
Workflows hold steady and the system grows with the business.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your answers become an initial diagnosis: a picture of where the business gets stuck, the tools already in use and a recommendation for the first system worth building. From there we can tell whether working together makes sense and what the first step should be. If it does, we continue into a deeper business diagnosis and a clear system map, which you see and approve before a single line of code is written. No commitment at this stage — the goal is for you to know what’s right for your business, even if you stop here.
You can absolutely start small. Some businesses need a full operating system that brings the work into one place; others need a focused platform or an AI tool that solves one serious problem. The diagnosis and the system map show what should be addressed first, and the system is built in stages — each one ending in a deliverable you can see, review and approve. We expand it only when there’s a real need and the business value is clear, so the system grows together with the business, at its own pace.
We start with what you already have. During the diagnosis we map what you’re paying for, what’s connected and what nobody opens. If a tool you already own does the job well, we integrate it into the system instead of replacing it. We build custom only where we can define, up front, the advantage it creates for the business. The right system is not measured by how much you build — it is measured by how well it is built for the business, and your team keeps the way of working they already know.
It depends on scope, so we won’t put a number on it before we understand the business. What’s fixed is the structure: the work moves through five stages — diagnose, architect, build, deploy, optimize — and each stage ends with a clear deliverable you see and approve, so progress is visible all the way through rather than arriving as one distant result. A working first version comes early, and deployment is gradual, without stopping the day-to-day. After the diagnosis you receive a plan with a defined scope, so you know exactly what to expect.
The price follows the diagnosis and the scope we agree on together: what gets built, what gets connected and what stays in place. Because we integrate existing tools where that is right for the business and build custom only where it creates a real advantage, you don’t pay for development you don’t need. You see and approve the system map before the build begins, so the cost is clear up front rather than discovered along the way. And if the diagnosis shows the problem is not technology, we’ll say so rather than sell you a system.
Focused involvement, not extra work. During the diagnosis we need the people who know the processes from the inside — usually the owner and a few key people — to understand how the work really flows. After that, involvement narrows to approval points: you see and approve the diagnosis and the system map before the build. During deployment we train each team only on the parts relevant to them, and the transition is gradual, without stopping the work. We stay in continuous communication throughout, but your day-to-day keeps running as usual.
You do, from day one. Every account the system runs on is opened in your company’s name, on your billing, with you as the owner. The data stays under your control: you choose what the system can access, who sees what and which actions require approval, and all activity is logged and visible. The system map stays with you too, as the basis for any future change or expansion — even if you one day choose to work with someone else. We build without creating dependence on us, and that is a principle, not a marketing line.
Launch isn’t the end of the process. The system goes live gradually, and nothing moves to full use until the team works in it with confidence. Then the improvement stage begins: we look at how the system is used, remove friction, refine workflows and see which processes are worth bringing in next — expanding only when there’s a real need and the business value is clear. We stay involved through build, launch and improvement, so the system stays precise and relevant as the business grows and changes: a live, improving system, not a project that disappears after handover.
