1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and MYBB.ai ("MYBB", "we", "us") regarding your use of mybb.ai and the website features.

The website operates under the MYBB.ai brand. For paid services, the legal entity named in the signed proposal, order form, invoice or statement of work is the contracting service provider.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about MYBB, examples of business systems, a business-diagnosis questionnaire and ways to contact or request a meeting.

Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, a final specification, legal advice, accounting advice, cybersecurity certification, financial advice or a guarantee of business results.

3. Initial diagnosis and questionnaire

The 10-question process is designed to support a preliminary business diagnosis and a recommendation for a possible first system. It is not a final system blueprint, final quotation or commitment to deliver any feature, timeline or result.

Any generated summary or AI-assisted output may contain assumptions or errors and must be validated with MYBB and the business before it is relied upon.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for avoiding unnecessary confidential, regulated or highly sensitive information in the public questionnaire.

4. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you use the website for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the submitted information and act on its behalf.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the website only for lawful business and informational purposes.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the website at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, misuse forms, or use the website in a way that harms MYBB or others.

6. Paid services and separate agreements

Any diagnosis workshop, software build, integration, agent, automation, support or other paid service is subject to a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, payment, schedule, acceptance, intellectual property, data handling, support and cancellation.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

The website currently does not create a paid order merely by submitting the questionnaire or contacting MYBB.

7. AI and software limitations

AI and software systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unexpected output and may be affected by third-party providers, data quality and system availability.

MYBB does not guarantee that an AI output will be error-free or suitable for a high-risk decision without human review. The level of human approval, logging and control for a paid project is defined in the project scope.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, MYBB does not guarantee a particular ROI, revenue increase, cost reduction, response time, ranking, uptime or other commercial outcome.

8. Information and rights supplied by users

You confirm that you have the right and authority to provide any information, data, documents, trademarks, content, credentials or access that you submit or later provide to MYBB.

You must not provide third-party personal information or confidential information unless you are permitted to do so and the transfer is appropriate for the agreed purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The website, MYBB name, logo, design, copy, illustrations, code and other website materials are owned by MYBB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables created in a paid engagement are governed exclusively by the signed project agreement.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services including hosting providers, UserWay, WhatsApp, calendars or other tools. MYBB does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its independent availability, content or policies.

Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or change the website, content, questionnaire or features at any time. We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance, network conditions and third-party outages may temporarily affect the website.

12. Communications and marketing

When you contact MYBB, we may send messages relating to the inquiry, meeting or requested service.

Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted by law or consent. You may request removal from marketing communications at any time.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. MYBB is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of preliminary website content or unvalidated AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYBB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the signed project agreement.

14. Suspension and termination

MYBB may restrict or terminate access to the website when it reasonably believes there is unlawful activity, a security risk, abuse of the forms, infringement of rights or a material breach of these Terms.

15. Privacy and accessibility

Use of personal information is described in the MYBB Privacy Policy. Accessibility information and feedback channels are described in the MYBB Accessibility Statement. Both documents form part of the website information framework.

16. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv District will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

In the event of inconsistency between language versions, the Hebrew version will prevail, subject to applicable law.
