1. Scope and acceptance

This Privacy Policy explains how MYBB.ai ("MYBB", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use mybb.ai, complete the business-diagnosis questionnaire, contact us, book a meeting or receive MYBB services.

The website and services are operated under the MYBB.ai brand. For a paid engagement, the legal entity identified in the signed proposal, order form, invoice or statement of work is the contracting service provider.

You are not legally required to provide personal information, but without certain information we may be unable to respond, prepare a diagnosis, schedule a meeting or provide services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, business name, role, email address, telephone number, language, contact preferences, questionnaire answers, free-text descriptions, meeting requests and correspondence.

Business information: descriptions of business processes, systems, workflows, teams, customers, operational challenges, goals, KPIs and other information you choose to provide for diagnosis or project delivery.

Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, page and route viewed, referral and UTM data, interaction and error logs, and language or theme preferences stored through cookies or local storage.

Project information: if you later become a client, we may receive documents, credentials, data samples, system records or other information needed for the agreed project. Project-specific handling must also follow the signed agreement and scope.

The public website does not ask you to provide passwords, complete payment-card details, medical information or other highly sensitive information through the diagnosis questionnaire. Please do not submit such information unless MYBB has expressly requested it through a secure agreed channel.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and identify the appropriate MYBB service.

To prepare an initial business diagnosis, opportunity map, meeting agenda or recommended first system.

To schedule meetings, prepare proposals, enter into agreements and provide implementation, support and optimization services.

To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and MYBB systems.

To measure website and funnel performance using analytics data that does not include sensitive information or free-text answers.

To send service messages and, where permitted by law or consent, marketing updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

To comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, prevent fraud and manage legal claims.

4. AI-assisted processing

MYBB may use artificial-intelligence tools to organize questionnaire answers, identify themes, draft a preliminary diagnosis or support project delivery. AI-generated material may contain errors and is reviewed or validated before it is treated as a final recommendation or project requirement.

We aim to share with an AI provider only the information reasonably required for the relevant task and to apply appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards. Project-specific AI use may be further defined in the signed agreement.

5. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies or local storage to remember language, theme, questionnaire draft and whether the intro has already been shown during the session.

If analytics or advertising technologies are added, MYBB will update the website notice and this policy and will use consent controls where required. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling essential storage may affect functionality.

6. Third-party providers and disclosures

We may share information with providers that support hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, CRM and intake processing, email, communications, calendars, analytics, support, professional advice and AI processing, solely as reasonably required for the service.

The website uses or may link to third-party services such as UserWay and WhatsApp. When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy also apply.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order or regulatory request; to protect rights or safety; in connection with a merger, financing, sale or transfer of business; or with your instruction or consent.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may store or process information outside Israel. When this occurs, MYBB will take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements intended to protect the information in accordance with applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and comply with legal, accounting or contractual requirements.

Questionnaire leads that do not become clients may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for legitimate follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law or justified by a documented business need.

MYBB uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, limited permissions, secure service providers and operational review. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The website and MYBB services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. If we learn that a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Governing law and language

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. In the event of inconsistency between language versions, the Hebrew version will prevail, subject to applicable law.
