Our commitment

MYBB.ai ("MYBB", "we", "us") is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to people with disabilities and to providing a clear, usable experience for as many people as possible.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product and quality responsibility. The accessibility widget described below is an additional assistance layer and does not replace code-level accessibility, content review or human testing.

Accessibility standard and target

The website is designed with the aim of conforming to the Israeli accessibility standard, Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1, at level AA, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Where practical, MYBB also applies relevant WCAG 2.2 usability and accessibility practices.

Accessibility measures implemented

The website is designed to support semantic page structure, clear heading hierarchy, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive link and control names, responsive layouts, readable contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, and correct language and text direction for English, Hebrew and Spanish.

Forms are designed with visible labels, instructions, validation messages and accessible status updates. Motion is reduced or disabled when the user enables the reduced-motion preference. The opening animation can be skipped by mouse click, tap, Enter, Space or Escape and is bypassed for reduced-motion users.

The website is tested on common desktop and mobile browsers. MYBB continues to review the website as content and functionality change.

UserWay accessibility widget

MYBB has embedded the UserWay accessibility widget to provide additional user-controlled adjustments. The widget is configured to appear at the bottom-left of the page so it does not interfere with the website navigation or primary actions.

Depending on the widget configuration and user device, available options may include text resizing, contrast changes, link highlighting, text spacing, animation controls, dyslexia-friendly settings, cursor adjustments and other display assistance.

UserWay is a third-party service. Its availability and data handling are also subject to UserWay's own terms and privacy policy.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content, third-party components or newly added pages may not yet provide an optimal accessible experience. A third-party widget cannot correct every accessibility issue automatically.

When we receive a specific accessibility report, we will review it and work to provide a practical solution or an accessible alternative within a reasonable time.
